Roasted Wagyu Beef on Pain au Lait
Wagyu eye round was not fatty but moist and tendor.
Truffle creme fraiche, mushroom duxelles, arugula, fontina cheese.
It was just a sandwich, but more valuable than an entree from common level restaurants.

Ham & Cheese on Baguette
Really simple sandwich, but its taste is not just simple. Perfect!
It's the best sandwich I've ever eaten.
Madrange ham has delicate flavor... Emmental cheese...
with sweet butter spread and Dijon mustard... They made perfect harmony.
I recommend this strongly.

Raspberry Macaron & Passion Fruit Macaron
Big size Macarons. Very good flavor and texture.
Thomas Keller doesn't like petit size Macaron, because it can't have good ballance between outside and inside.

Coffee is not perfect, but pretty good.
(To be frank, I think it's impossibe to find perfect coffee in New York.)
